About Beth.

Meet Beth, a proud Anaiwan woman and experienced local physiotherapist dedicated to helping people live active, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Growing up on Dharug Country in South West Sydney, Beth completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney before moving to Forbes in 2013. She quickly fell in love with the strong sense of community and rural lifestyle that make the Central West so special. Over the past decade, Beth has worked across public health services in Forbes, Parkes, and Cowra, including leading physiotherapy teams and supporting the development of future rural health professionals as an Allied Health Educator with Western NSW Local Health District.

Beth has a particular interest in healthy ageing and women's health. She is passionate about helping people build confidence in their bodies, maintain their independence, and enjoy the benefits of movement at every stage of life. Beth believes that health, fitness, and the ability to participate in the things that matter to us should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, size, or physical ability, and enjoys supporting people to stay connected to their community, country, and culture.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys life on the family farm with her husband, Luke, and their four young daughters. When she's not chasing after children, she can often be found enjoying her newfound love of running or exploring her creative side as a through painting, sewing, baking and pottery.
