Cancellation Policy.

Private clients:

If less than 24hrs notice is given for private clients, 50% deposit paid on booking will be retained.

Where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, the full invoice amount (100%) will be payable.

 

Repeated Non-Attendance: 

Clients who fail to attend more than three scheduled appointments without notice may have future bookings suspended until all outstanding invoices are paid in full and their account is up to date.

 

Short Notice Cancellations:

Short notice cancellations are defined as advice from a client or their representative that they are unavailable for their scheduled appointment, and they are chargeable if the appointment isn't cancelled via phone call or email to Rise Physiotherapy Group at least 48hrs prior to the appointment.

NDIS/SAH/TACP Cancellations:

Will be charged in accordance of the service agreement.
