About Abbey.

Meet Abbey, a dedicated Allied Health Assistant currently completing her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Charles Sturt University, with plans to pursue a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She also holds a Bachelor of Nursing and works as a Registered Nurse, bringing a well-rounded healthcare background to our team.

Originally from Forbes, Abbey spent several years in Wagga Wagga for her Nursing studies and gained valuable experience working in a busy metropolitan hospital in Sydney. Her decision to return to Forbes reflects her strong passion for improving health outcomes in rural communities.

Outside of work, Abbey enjoys keeping active with Cross Fit, spending quality time with family, and exploring new places through travel. Abbey brings a warm and compassionate approach to her work and is committed to supporting clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
